Chair Yoga

A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on and/or standing by a chair for support.
All poses are adapted/modified using props for safety and maximum benefits.
Prenatal Yoga
(60 Mins.)
Connect deeper to your body and your baby through yoga. Guided through a series of asanas (poses),
pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. Explore visualizations as you relax the mind. Create body strength and learn techniques to help through the labor process. All poses are modified to support all stages of pregnancy in effort to maintain the benefits of yoga.
Gentle Flow Restorative Yoga
(75 mins./beginners & beyond)
Allow your intensions to focus inward as you safely relax in comfort while being supported by yoga props. Guided through visual meditation and Restorative asanas (poses) held for several minutes at a time. Activate ways to help release anxiety, stress and tension. Relax and rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
(75 mins. beginner to intermediate levels)
Inhale, Exhale, Explore...your connection to yoga!
A balance of movement and stillness, guided through a sequence of asanas (poses) pranyama (breathwork) and meditation (the practice of being in present moment consciousness).
Create flexibility and strength for the body and calmness of the mind to help cultivate a pathway to
