Reiki is a Japanese energy balancing technique that is administered by hands placed on the body or slightly above the body to facilitate the channeling of "life force energy".
When our energy is low or imbalanced, we are prone to stress and sickness.
Reiki is a natural and safe way to promote emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
When Reiki is paired with Restorative Yoga, the combination makes for an experience that allows energy to effortlessly flow through the body as the body is fully relaxed while resting in supportive Restorative yoga poses.
